Founded in 2014, Brandywine Homes USA has been a leader in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) industry since 2018. As a proud recipient of the BTR Operator of the Year award, we’ve built a strong presence across multiple markets through our commitment to innovation, service, and operational excellence.
Specializing in scatter-site and BTR communities, these properties make up 35–40% of our growing portfolio. Today, we manage more than 5,000 units, including 18 BTR communities and expanding. Our expertise also includes HOA management for BTR communities, allowing us to provide comprehensive, tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and residents.
